The President of Bulgaria awarded ORAK Engineering with the Innovative Enterprise of the Year award |

Sofia: ORAK Engineering received the award for Innovative Enterprise
of the Year. The company was awarded by the President of Bulgaria
Georgi Parvanov in the presence of official representatives of the European
Commission, The World Bank, and the Bulgarian government. The
award is for the innovative software platform ORAK R5 which has been
distributed for three years now in all of the Balkan region countries
and starting last year – in USA, Russia, and Middle East. The
platform provides solutions for trade, tourism, and manufacturing enterprises,
by targeting the information and business processes, and provides a
flexible environment for optimizing the activities of local and global
companies.
Krasimir
Stoyanov, ORAK Engineering’s CEO, was personally congratulated at
the forum by the government’s official representative – the Vice
Prime Minister Miglena Plugchieva. Mrs Plugchieva said: “I’m glad that it is a company of the Bulgarian IT industry to receive
this year’s Innovative Enterprise of the Year award. In this
situation of a world and financial economic crisis we rely on this industry
to keep the spark of the innovative development of the Bulgarian business.”
