10 years of “Orak Engineering”

In the period from 21^st until 24^th June 2007, in "Sarafovo" Residence - Bourgas, the team of "Orak Engineering" markets its 10^th anniversary since the establishment of the Company. The official part of this event included a brain storming session on a topic: ”Orak Engineering” – Company strategy, methods and approaches to growth devoted the Company positioning on the Bulgarian and international markets and an internal Company seminar on a topic: ”IT Market”, lecturer: Ivaylo Georgiev – an expert of the agency of the European Software Institute in Bulgaria .

The accents of the seminar were as follows: software production (CMMI-model); information security; business management (10-Squared method), etc. The employees of ORAK were granted a Certificate from the ESI Center ALIANCE. The Bulgarian Software Centre is the fourth one in the world and the first one in Eastern Europe , as it was established as a joint initiative of “RSIKT” Agency, the United Nations Development Programme and the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM).

The evening programme  on the occasion of the anniversary included a subject party called “ORAK Survivor”, during which representatives of the team entertained themselves at the making of an evening fire at the beach, a yacht walk and a Gala Dinner.
