Orak Engineering organizes Open Doors Days

Plovdiv , 26^th June 2007: Open Doors Days organized by Orak Engineering in the period 4^th-6^th July 2007 at its central office in Plovdiv . The initiative is dedicated to the 10^th anniversary since the Company establishment and is a part of the social programme of ORAK for students practices with a profiled training in mathematics and talented youths whose interests are in the field of software industry.

More than 40 former students of “Academic Kiril Popov” Exemplary High School of Mathematics and the English Language High School in the city of Plovdiv will have the opportunity to follow the working process for few days, as the programme is based on the rotary principle so that each participant has the chance to get acquainted with the main departments of the Company and to the cycle of the production process up to the very negotiations held with a certain client.

There was a discussion session held with the ORAK team as a part of the opening of the initiative, as during the discussion Krasimir Stoyanov who is the Company Manager introduced the students whit the principles of software production, information and documentation flow between the various departments, etc. The young people asked questions about the qualities necessary to work as a Programmer, Administrators, about the successful management of a software company, etc.
