The interface is intuitive and contains functionalities for work in a restaurant and market variant. The interface is extremely comfortable for work and frequently is used without the availability of hardware, to work with it you should use a mouse and a keyboard. The restaurant variant allows the separation of the serving area to halls, for each hall is created sketch of the area by numbers and tables. The positioning of the tables is default and it's set by the manager, the operators(barmans and waiters) can re-arrange, collect and separate the tables, after that the positioning of the tables could be set to their default position. The groups and the articules are accessed by tree structure, each group and table could be colored in different color, and to each stock a picture could be attached. The market variant is optimized for work with a smaller nomenclature of goods - such as fast food shops, snack bars, etc. Because of the optimization it lacks the functionalities for halls and tables, but it has the availability to intigrate with external devices - balance, scales, user display, etc. The groups and the articules are accessed by tree structure,but it's available direct passing from one branch in other because of the visible "group navigator". Each group and stock can be colored in different color, and to each stock a picture could be attached. Module 2.2 Transfer of date between areas:
The modul Transfer of date between areas allows synchronizing the data between different remote areas. It has built in usaers for e-mail, for sending and receiving data, it also has mechanisms for tracking the changes in different systems. The modul transfers the content of all the nomenclatures and elemental documents, in that way it guarantees indentic effective information in all synchronized systems. The synchronization of the data could be full - then all the documents are being transfer from one system to another, or partial - then only the date connected with the receiver is being transfered. In that way is achieved easier managment of the information stream in the structure of sections and areas, which should shear general and private information. The module allows synchonization with external systems (software systems of other companies and data bases), by intigrated system for extraction and processing of data. The module could be set to turn on automatically at definite hours, so if there is more massive synchonization to be executed in busier for the user and system time. Module 2.3 Recipe Book Manufacture: The module Recipe Book Manufacture contains funtionalities for managment of expense norms, transforming of row materials in products on current expense norms. The module supports the nomenclature managment of the recipes and the expense norms, connected with them waste, net and gross quantities. The module offers availabilities to delete dynamically raw materials from preliminarily set expense norms at the time of the sale, as the information for this is being printed on a note and corrected in the effective information. The module allows and indication of modifications to each article from order, in that way is being specified the additional information for execution, preparation and service of the orders and clients. The modifications are being bounded in concrete stocks, which can have a price by price-list, this makes them powerful instrument for realizing promotions and package prices. Module 2.4 Balances, scales, displays and other external devices:
The module for external devices allows settings, managment and integration of external for the system devices. The devices managed by the system are: magnet and barcode readers (connected by a COM Port), wireless and DALLAS readers, information on users' displays, taring, extraction and passing data to/from electronic balances (depending on the funtions of the model), managment of cash-box, etc. Module 2.5. System reduction + mixed payments:
The system for reduction and payments is a flexible scheme for managing of client cards with reduction by different properties and mechanism for payment with more than one payment method. The reductions for the clients can be set by identification using a client card (without any restrictions for the card device), and also they can be set by an administrator or a manager with the necessery permissions. When the client uses reduction with a card, its size and type are defined in advance and cannot be changed by the operator of the system. The reduction can be several types: general reduction - for all articles; reduction for a group of articles - the reduction is set only for defined group of goods; reduction for quantity - for every article or a group of articles, when predefined boundaries are exceeded, the system actives different reductions, reductions for value - when the total sum of the purchase exceed predefined boundaries, the system activates different reductions. The type of the reduction can also vary - absolute reduction, percent reduction, special reduction. The system for mixed payments is mechanism which the system offers to the client for a payment with more than one payment method - the payment methods are unlimited in practice because of the ability to add and active them. Besides with different payment methods the payment can be with different currency, which makes the system even more universal - in this way in practise one purchase can be payed with an unlimited number of payment methods and currency(provided that the management allows it). Module 2.6. System HAPPY HOUR + Auto Activation of new prices:
The system Happy Hour is a mechanism for automatic change of the price list depending on a defined in the system timetable. The pricelists contains information for the price of the articles, their reductions, are they active or not and other characteristics. The mechanism for change of the pricelists permit entering periods, in which one pricelists will be active, and other periods, in which other pricelists will be active. The periods can be set for every day of the week or for a specific date. Adding exceptions for feast and others are also possible. For each day the active pricelists are set with a minute precision and when the exact time the new pricelists become active. The automatic activation of prices from a report for revaluation has similar mechanism with that of Happy Hour, but he actually changes the price in a choosen pricelist. The mechanism is the following: From operation Report for revaluation are set new prices for articles by a defined pricelist and date of activation. These prices can preliminarily be sent to the object which will check them. When the defined date come, the system automatically change the prices by the defined pricelist and start working with the new prices. It is possible to set a period of time(in days), in which the system to alert for the forthcoming change of the prices - this is made in order to change stamps, preparing the staff and etc. If this module is not available, this change can be done only manually from ERP program. Module 2.7 Support for palm devices:
The palm devices are mobile electronic devices, which can aid in realizing sales in real time without any direct connection between the device and a computer. They can be set to functionate in wireless network with the central computer, and the module for work with such kind of device allow marking the bills to be executed in the presence of the client. After the order is made, the device sends the data to the POS modules, with which it is connected, and the module distributes the orders for the respective places for service. The module is extremely intuitive and increase the effectiveness of the serving section as well as the reputation of the whole trade object.
